All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. As our items are handmade, shipping can sometimes take a little longer during busier periods, but should this be the case we will be sure to let you know. If you haven't received your delivery after 7 days, please contact us using this form.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping overseas due to costs and restrictions with shipping providers.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns and offer a refund or exchanges. 

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of why your product was not satisfactory and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
