Don't worry if some items arrive sooner than others, your items will arrive within our shipping time frames. Due to unprecedented demand, there may be a slight delay on some orders, if you haven't received your delivery after 7 days, please contact us using this form.
Please note, free delivery applies only to Great North Run® Memorabilia Products, and therefore our standard delivery policy still applies across all other products on our website. See the terms of those below.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. As our items are handmade, delivery can sometimes take a little longer during busier periods, but should this be the case we will be sure to let you know. If you haven't received your delivery after 7 days, please contact us using this form.
Rest of the World Deliveries
We cannot give exact times for these unfortunately. We send all items via Royal Mail who advise that European orders usually arrive within 7 working days & Rest of the World within 10 working days but these are estimates & can sometimes take longer so please bear this in mind when ordering.
Unfortunately, due to new packaging laws in Germany & France, we are no longer able shipping to both these countries. We are working to find a solution regarding these complicated laws, and will update our shipping policies in due course.
All of our items are handmade to order & we aim to get your order sent within 10 working days. Please appreciate that during busier periods this can sometimes take a little bit longer however, if this is the case we will let you know!
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and offer a refund or exchanges.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of why your product was not satisfactory and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
